Wir suchen erfahrene Bautechnik-Expert:innen, die nicht nur mit fundiertem Fachwissen überzeugen, sondern auch die Sicherheit von Wohn- und Gewerbeobjekten mit einem kritischen Blick verbessern.
Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:
- Durchführen von Sicherheitsbegehungen von Wohn- und Gewerbeobjekten gemäß den Standards ÖNORM B 1300 / B 1301 mit einem fokussierten Blick für Details
- Erstellen von aussagekräftigen Gutachten und Energieausweisen
- Begleitende Kontrollen von Neubau und Sanierungen
- Gewährleistungsbegehungen, Prüfung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Qualitätssicherung
- Bei Bedarf Übernahme der abteilungsübergreifenden Projektabwicklung und Projektsteuerung
- Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni), vorzugsweise mit einem Ingenieurstitel
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Verfassung von Berichten sowie solide Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Bereitschaft für Außendiensttätigkeiten in NÖ und Umgebung
